Your card is valid for one year. Unfortunately, it is not possible to simply renew it, as we are obliged to re-check your eligibility after one year. It is therefore necessary for you to apply for a new card online, with a current photo and a valid certificate of enrolment, student ID card, etc.

Once we have sent you your new card number, you can easily replace the expired card in your profile in the ISIC app.

Select ‘More’ in the bottom right corner.
Click on ‘Edit’ next to your name at the top.
Click on ‘Replace expired card’ and enter your new card number.

Important: This only works if the spelling of your name on the old and new cards is exactly the same. If this is not the case, please contact us and we will be happy to help you.
